How to crosspost from Telegram channels in WordPress?

Subject. It is necessary to combine several sources on one site. With Twitter and VKontakte, everything is simple, but it turned out to be difficult to take posts from channels in Telegram and post in Wordpress.
Having thoroughly googled the question, I was left with nothing, which I was very surprised, obviously I was not the first to want such a bike.
I also tried to search for something like “Telegram → RSS”, a simple feed is already easier to feed to Wordpress, but nothing here either. Only one service “for a couple of cups of coffee”, but here it’s better to write a script or order one.
Are there really no ready-made solutions?
