How to crop the front image to the back in Illustrator?

Please tell me how to cut this lock so that it becomes transparent as a result, that is, it becomes in some way a "hole" of this shield.
In Photoshop, I would merge everything and just use the magic eraser, or I would select this castle and cut along the path. I can't find any such tool here.
