I tried with an eraser and a lasso, it turns out to be a dachshund

You can make a mask from the blue channel, adjust the contrast levels so as not to lose details, remove the excess, add the missing. Painstaking work, but I don't think there is a one-click way.

Maxim, you will be surprised, but there is such a wonderful element as Feather. It allows you to outline a lot. After you close the path at the starting point, press (cmd+enter for macOS) ctrl+enter to get a selection, then do what you want, you can:
-copy the selection to a new layer
-invert the selection ctrl+i (cmd+i for macOS)
- to work with an eraser for bumps, etc.
