How to crop a group in Figma?

I need that when I exported the picture and the size was the same as visible on the frame.
And what is the best format to export.

There may be several solutions:

• It may be enough just to click on the image several times and you will get its full size.
  
• Ungroup this group, click on the image and export.
  
• Change the image property from cover to fit and change to the size you need, and then export.
