How to create your own small Windows image on Linux?

Hello Windows-10 and other versions are filled with garbage!
I have seen that in some way it is possible to create the smallest versions of Windows.
Can you tell me how to make such a mini image in Linux? (Similar to the NTDEV image)
After all, working with a mini image, and even more so on Linux...

Yes, but how?

Studying the system inside and out:
  • The process of loading and initializing devices
  • What are registry branches responsible for?
  • What services are vital for the functioning of the OS
  • etc. (you can also disassemble parts of the OS for a better understanding / making changes)

Based on the knowledge gained and your Wishlist, you cut out the "unnecessary" parts of the system.
How to study all this?
Looking for literature on the subject, but it is. You are studying.
If you master it, you will become an expert, and you will be able to claim a good salary.
