How to create your own blocks for Blockly?

I need to create a specific set of blocks so that users can create programs for the device. I'm looking towards https://developers.google.com/blockly/
I have a certain set of features.

send_position(id,position)

set_color(color)

And others. I need to create a blockly version, where firstly there will be only the blocks I need. And secondly, it was possible to save the resulting python code by pressing a button, and not by copying.
If there are any Russian-language tutorials, or you have such experience - please help.
