How to create vue 2 cli + i18n language change event?

Hello, as you know, when the language changes, the length of the word changes, since I need to animate the change in length, I need to catch the language change event (in another component) and at that moment recalculate the length and animate its change.
How can I catch such an event. Should I use vuex or is there another more native or just professional i18n method?
