How to create two different desktop windows?

Hello! The bottom line is this.. I wrote a desktop application using js and jquery on node.js.
I need to make the first window appear first (For example, with a resolution of 200x400 ), and after clicking the button, the old one closes and a new window opens (For example, with a resolution of 800x1200 )
