How to create .torrent with large files?

The total volume of files is about 75GB, utorrent reached 40 percent and everything was bent.
Is there a program for creating torrents with large files, otherwise uttorent cannot do large volumes (
Once upon a time, I sort of sorted out something like that, but I don’t remember the name or the forum where I saw it.
It seems like the size of the parts could do more than 16384kb, but in utorrent is an aisle

Deluge client allows you to create torrent files with part sizes up to 16Mb
