In the infoblock, you need to implement a field where you can specify the beginning and end of the date (there are several such dates in one element). How can this be done on Bitrix? The picture shows how it should roughly work.

1. Multiple string property (value and description are actually 2 dates)
2. Multiple binding to infoblock/HL-block elements (connected infoblock itself must have properties with dates)
3. Custom property (custom property with custom display)

Option 2 - norms, the only negative is that the addition is inconvenient.
Option 3 - the most norms, the skill would be enough
