How to generate orders.xml in Bitrix?

All vaccinations!
I found out that the orders.xml file is generated only when requested by 1C .
Can I create this file myself in any directory of the site?
Another thing:
I can get such a file when I select orders in the Store - Orders and select Export to CommerceML in the actions ( CommerceML2 - white page).
Display orders.xml on the screen using /bitrix/admin/1c_exchange.php?type=sale&mode=query#authorize , but I don't get ERROR 500 either .
Subject for exchanging orders with 1C.
Or are there other options? I've been fighting for a week nowhelp !

I found out that the orders.xml file is generated only when requested by 1C.

The file is not generated upon request, it is generated in 1C and sent to Bitrix.
The algorithm for uploading data to the site is specified in the documentation.
Additionally, you can read, for example , Denis
You can create it yourself, but to download it you need to manually go through the import steps.
You will have to go through at least the first 3 steps, and then you can manually put the file in /upload/1c_exchange/ (well, or depending on what you are uploading)
