How to create tags on github repository?

Can you please tell me how to create tags for my github repository? I do not use commands, but just on github itself

Only these are not tags, but topics.
1. Open the project page.
2. Click on the gear on the right side of the About block screen.
3. Specify the list of topics in the Topics field.
