How to create OpenWRT firmware for a new router?

Previously, to create a firmware, I went to the OpenWRT firmware creation guide , but now the address "git.openwrt.org" is not available, and an
./scripts/feeds update -a
error is displayed when entering - the specified network is not available.
How to create firmware now?

I don’t know about you, but git.openwrt.org is quite accessible for me, so everything should work (if Roskompozor hasn’t blocked it)
