How to setup Proxy in ArchLinux for pacman?

Essence of a question:
Access to the Internet goes through a proxy server without authentication.
Added a proxy in the network settings system. The browser goes online.
With the same settings, I cannot install packages through the console (terminal). It just swears that there is no network.
The wiki has something about proxies, but I can't figure out where to write all this. It's just that the codes were taken out of context and it's not clear where to insert them!
Therefore, I ask you to help me, I need a pro in this matter!
Thank you in advance for your help!
PS:

$ uname -a
Linux archlinux 4.4.1-2-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Feb 3 13:12:33 UTC 2016 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I am using the NetworkManager service.

And if like this

# export {http,https,ftp}_proxy="http://proxy-server:port"
# pacman -Syu

Where proxy-server is your proxy server and port is the port on which it hangs.
PS For the question, the kernel version is absolutely not needed.
PPS Tell me, why do you not understand what is happening at all, put yourself a toy for marginal geeks called Arch?
