How to create mail for a domain using cpanel?

Mail for domain

There is the simplest form, I create mail, I try to send something to it, an error is returned. What am I doing wrong?

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: дальше что то про яндекс.mx The error that the other server returned was:
No such user!

So what error is being returned? Might be worth looking into it..
