How to create forms and pass their values to the WordPress admin?

I want to make my own type of posts for data output and there I want to place a form with several fields for collecting data. This data (full name, phone number, e-mail .... and a number of fields) needs to be transferred to the admin panel and there it should be displayed what the person entered, but besides this, you also need a separate column (which will be only in the admin panel) with statuses (for example, processed, specified, closed) and a separate column with notes
Tell me which way to dig and where to look. Perhaps there are ready-made solutions or plugins. I looked in the direction of VFB Classic, but there are no statuses for these applications / requests from the site; there are also a lot of different custom form plugins, but either there is no such functionality or they are expensive

Install the Contact Form 7 plugin (to create forms)
Install the Flamingo plugin (to collect messages and subscriber addresses)
As for the message statuses, the Flamingo plugin most likely needs to be improved.

Problem solved via ninja form. Data is collected and exported.
