How to create custom watch faces for Huawei Watch GT 1?

Good afternoon. I want to ask how the dials of the .hwt format are created. Also find out what the syntax is (programming language or whatever). What IDEs are needed? And is it possible to decompile .hwt (it itself is already compiled into HEX code). I would be very grateful for any answers.
