There is a need to create users of 2 types:
1-type users without a password.
2-view users whose password meets the password complexity requirements.
At the same time, for users without a password - the validity period of the "password" is not limited, and for users with a password - when the password expires, the user will be able to set a password that only meets the requirements of the password policy.
How to do it?!
