How to create buttons in CRM and Bitrix24 tasks (box)?

What is the possibility to add custom buttons in the box in CRM and Tasks. For example: Display a button to change the responsible, or a button to change the status of a transaction or task.

Regularly, there are no opportunities to customize the buttons without compromising updates.
What is acceptable from the point of view of "time is money":
- Development of a REST application (read about embedding) with an additional tab under the task body
- Development of your own code that will add buttons or sections to the right side of the task card
Other modifications can be implemented without major changes and experience it is impossible, however, if you have a box + experience + api knowledge and the validity of the changes, there is no limit to changing the task module.
