How to create bugs for a tester in Trello?

Tell me how best to start bugs for a tester in Trello?
To be able to describe the steps, attach screenshots, etc.
Previously, checklists were used (inside a separate "bugs" card) and checkboxes were put after the bug was closed, but I want the tester to describe bugs in more detail + possibly statuses.
PS What free/fremium bug-tracking products do you know?

Create cards by sending an email .
In the box, you can pre-create a letter template.
Using markdown markup will make the bug record clearer.
