How to create branches in GitHub?

Let's take a regular site landing as an example. How would it be more correct to make commits? Divide into branches:
• CSS , SCSS.- branch
• HTML - branch
• JS - branch
Or by adaptive? For example, a PC branch, a tablet version branch, a mobile version branch?
Or even commit all this into one branch?

Why do you need separate branches for this? everything you listed should be in the same thread.
