How to create animation in Photoshop CC through timeline?

I watched a number of video lessons, in most of them there is an item Animation of the scene in the layer on the timeline, I don’t have it (screen below).

Tell me, how can I create an animation of the appearing layer with a translucent fill, on which the text will appear next (leave out from the side)?

The issue is resolved in the following way, we take and roll cs6 for the place of ss and the will is all right.
