How to create and manage repositories for RHEL?

Good day!
There is a repository of intracorporate software.
It works like this - put everything in /var/www/html , and createrepo using cron.
I clone to mirrors using rsync
. I could not find more convenient tools for managing repositories on Google.
Can you advise something?
