How to create a subdomain in DNS management and attach it to an IP

Okay, it's not that easy.
At the moment, it is written like this
Subdomain sub.domen.ru record
type A
value (value) xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx IP of another server.
The fact is that port 80 is completely closed, everything is completely closed there, except for a couple of ports (XXXXX port is open, you can get into SSH via PuTTy.

What am I doing wrong, ping sub.domen.ru does not see it at all.
