On the 2nd point, I’ll say that PayPal is evil, don’t use it, it’s crooked and buggy and constantly bugs users with money blocking and account confirmations. Read the reviews, it is only praised abroad and used on eBay. If eBay hadn't used him, he would have died by now. In Russia, PayPal is not liked and it is not common.
