How to create an interval between steps yourself in bitrix and where can I find information about steps in the docks?

Here is a screenshot from the reindexing page in the admin panel, there is such an item as a "step".
About these steps I mean how to do them? What class is there to work with this chip? Throw off the link to the documentation, if any.
