It is impossible to answer your question on these 5 points. You ask for an assessment of the work, for this you need at least some kind of TK. And it all depends on the platform, on the same 1C or Axapta there are ready-made solutions for this, requiring minimal implementation. And in Java, you will write all the business logic from scratch.
