How to create an image from a video segment?

Hello everyone
At the end of the video there are credits where the image goes from bottom to top, it is insanely beautiful and I want to get a complete image from a given interval. How can I optimally solve this problem - save frame by frame and glue through the editor, or are there any tools / utilities that have such functionality?

I would just save a few frames and choose the best one, and if it's something not exclusive, I would search for a picture in Google using the "Search by Image" mechanism.
