How to create an iframe application?

There is a good idea and there is vk. I'm going to make a simple iframe application and put it on vk. But about the development of applications in the iframe, more precisely games, little has been written, but I'm looking for the development of the game in the iframe from scratch, where everything is explained. Tell me, maybe I'm doing something wrong and there is another good option for developing applications in VK for a beginner. Knowledge only of js and then basically worked only with dom and php basics.

And what's the difference, iframe game or not iframe? It's just a container. From my "bell tower" I can recommend the Blend4Web framework. There you can create a simple game without using JavaScript, but you will have to learn blender (at least minimally). Documentation in Russian is a plus.
