How to create an html template with links to all files that are in the right directory?

Good afternoon.
Please tell me how you can use gulp to generate links to these files from a list of *.html files and place them in the created html file (for example, template.html).
I need this so that when demonstrating the layout on the server, the client can easily navigate through all the pages through one file.
I will be grateful for any help.
