How to create an entity for EF from a remote machine?

Good evening. Please tell me how to solve the problem with the following introductory:
- There is an Oracle DBMS with access to read some tables;
- There is a self-written program in C # + WPF, in which I want to use EF when working with Oracle;
- Visual Studio is located on a computer that does not have access to Oracle;
What I want:
- Make (find?) some program that can connect to the database and create an entity that I can transfer to a computer with Visual Studio to continue developing my program.
