How to create additional Github Pages?

There is one account, it is available at valgerofficial.github.io. Is it possible to create another Github pages in an account? For example, valgerofficial2.github.io; so that the account is one, and the sites are different. I know that you can create a folder and upload the site there, it will be available valgerofficial2.github.io/site/index.html. But I'm only interested in option 1. Or will I have to create another github account?

+ You can create a site for an organization (you can add it for free, from your account)
