How to connect to the repository via ssh?

Created an ssh key and now I'm trying to add it to the agent using the eval `ssh-agent -s` command, but I get a console error.
The name 'eval' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable. Check the spelling of the name and the presence and correctness of the path, then try again.

Tell me what I did wrong and how to fix it?
