How to create access by taxonomy field?

It is not possible to create such a thing in Drupal 8 - for example, there is a list of students and a list of classes. I want to give some students access to some classes in the field of taxonomy.
Each activity has a taxonomy field (activity1, activity2, and so on).
The student has a "groups" field where you can select multiple classes.
I would like to make it so that if a student has an occupation in the field1, then he sees it.
Google says that you need to use permission by term, but I don’t understand how to specify in this module the link to the condition "occupation.group" is in "student.groups"?
