How to create a Windows flash drive from under Hachintosh?

Good morning everyone and Happy Holidays!
Question such: Is available Hackintosh and 2 hards. An old Mountain Lion is installed on the second hard. I want to install Win 10 instead, but I can’t create a USB flash drive from under OS X, since the BootCamp Assistant does not start. "This Mac does not support Boot Camp" error.
Please tell me what other ways there are to create a bootable USB flash drive with Win from under OS X.
