How to create a wiki site with vue.js?

I want to learn vue.js, and for learning I decided to make a wiki site. I made it up, and now I don’t know which way to approach to turn my layout into a small wiki site with a minimal admin panel and a database. I googled a lot, but I didn't find anything related to my topic. Tell me where to start, which side to approach.
Ps: I want to make an admin panel on django
