How to create a weekly report or something similar?

There is a task to survey managers on a weekly basis, that is, there will be a template to which answers will be given, such a questionnaire should work on a timer (run independently), answers should be saved in one place.
Has anyone come across similar functionality?

I did a business process that spins in a cycle and each period sets tasks for managers (send weekly reports - check weekly reports, monthly report, etc.)
