How to create a website design layout?
I asked myself the question of how to create a layout design correctly.
Should I start with width: 1960px (using the entire width of the layout) and then just adapt the generated layout to other sizes?
Or start differently (for example) resolution 1024x768 px; and select the work area width: 1000px; (not the entire width of the layout is used and a small resolution is initially taken).
And also, if I did not use the bootsrap grid and the indents that are there when creating the layout, can I make this layout on boostrap?
Thank you in advance for your response.

You will be able to type, but you will squirm and you will hardly be able to adequately use the grid.
Personally, I draw layouts (sometimes I have to) on the bootstrap grid right away. Typesetting is much easier, and there are fewer pitfalls. I consider the site width of 1200px to be the most normal, not everyone uses 1920x1080, I had to make up a layout that was drawn with a container of 1800px. I've never been this close to ordering the services of a hit man.
DRAW your layout by dividing it into columns. Any qty.
The layout designer will see how many columns there are, and will be able to make his own bootstrap assembly with the required number, even if it is not 12, but 10 or 16. And he will make it fit the grid. Or it just wraps without frameworks, just on columns.
