How to create a WebRTC video chat?

I can’t find a normal topic on creating a WebRTC video chat, I would like everything to be laid out “on the shelves”, I found old topics for 2013, half do not work and the other is almost not even scheduled what and how to do. If you have any links I would be very grateful.

Well, you're funny, you'd still have a video camera in the tags . Use peerJS (guides - examples on the site) and dig in the direction of peer to peer . WebRTC is a technology for transferring audio / video from user equipment to a stream.
