How to create a voice chat?

I just can't figure out how to make a voice chat for N number of users.
All that at the moment I could do: getting a voice from a microphone and playing it (NAudio.dll).
Tell me, please, how to do this?
If I understand correctly, then UDP sockets are needed there.

I would advise you to start with text chat.
After you implement a text chat, I think you will have no problems adding a voice chat to it.

Unfortunately, universities do not teach this. A teacher with a salary of 20k cannot raise a specialist for a salary of 200k. You don't even need to prove anything here. Study on your own or take remote courses. To get a profession, a year of theory and a couple of years of practice will be enough, and that's it, you can work.
