How to create a virtual webcam for OS X and send your images to it?

I am writing a program for OS X in Swift. My program already does the following: it takes frames from a real webcam, processes them (wipes faces on each frame), then displays the resulting frames in a view. It turns out the same video as from a real webcam, but without faces. All images are CIImage and NSImage.
I want to create a virtual webcam and make it so that if a person in Skype or any other program chooses not an ordinary webcam, but my virtual one as a video source, he sees the very frames that I have already processed.
Please tell me how to create a virtual camera and send your images to it. For example, there is a program CamWiz . She creates a virtual camera and sends her video stream there.
I tried everything, nothing helps.
