How to create a virtual smart card to store a private key on Windows 10 (BIOS without TPM)?
To generate a code signing certificate (generating a pair of keys, public and private), I need a smart card that works through the Microsoft Base Smart card Crypto provider (which is not, and I want to avoid buying it).
I would like to use a virtual card, but the computer does not have a TPM (trusted platform module), the BIOS (motherboard from BIOSTAR) also does not have such settings.
Question: Recommend a software solution (preferably free) that works with Windows 10 Enterprise.

So I didn’t find anything: I tried some third party solutions, but they don’t work on Windows 10. I solved the situation by buying such a USB token on Amazon (I bought used for $9.65).
The generation of a key pair and a reissue certificate on the Certum website was successful, and I got the opportunity to create a *.pfx key for signing applications (this same hardware token is required).
