How to create a video host with MODX?

The guys are interested in the issue of video hosting.
Everything is in theory and for practice, since I use MODX3 and Bootstrap 5. There will be nothing global.
There is a host for the site (from a small part is ready), and there is not a large amount of dedicated server on the SSD. But here's how to tie everything together, I won't put it how to upload videos from modx to another host.
I would be grateful for any documentation and plugin in this direction.
