I have an idea to create a free video course on a specific topic. I wanted to know who has already done courses, what can you advise?

I have several requirements for the course:
1. must work on HTML5 (browser view of the course);
2. Must support modern tablet OS (Android, iOS, Windows 8/RT).

By the way, maybe someone worked on the following programs:
1. iSpring Presenter ;
2. Articulate Studio (the new version should support HTML5);
3. Adobe Presenter .
