I need to create a user with read-only rights
In the menu, select the users section, create a new user and group there.
But in the end, this user cannot even log in, I transfer the new user to the admin group and still even a simple login does not work.
Where to set read-only rights did not find at all.

Set a minimum quota for it, for example, 1 Kb, share a folder of another user with read-only rights on it.
