I climbed, in general, I don’t know why this thing works clumsily for you, everything is fine for me, but the link is replaced by rk.php but then there is a redirect to the specified URL (your case should be looked at pointwise).
In general, I dug the kernel and found out that there is such a checkmark in the banner settings, due to which the specified url is replaced to collect statistics of transitions from the banner, if you turn it off, then there will be your regular link, but without collecting stats
