How to create a universal tool for "filling" a PC?

Colleagues, I apologize for the "lamer" question, but something I fell into a stupor. And google doesn't help. It’s just that I haven’t done this in a thousand years, but now I had to. My support did not cope with this, they shoved it on me.
The bottom line: there is a large branch network, you need to give support (not always skillful) a working tool for preparing a PC for users. For a number of reasons (remoteness, not always good communication channels), WDS cannot be used everywhere. I raised it only for the central offices of the MSC. But for the rest, you have to do something else. Previously, when I did this, I just prepared a clean PC, removed an Acronis or Ghost image from it, and everything was OK. But then there was no UEFI yet, and everything was simple. And now, there are PCs with both UEFI and Legaci.
I tried to do it the old way, but it turns out like this: either the image does not work on UEFI and works on Legaci, or vice versa.
And now, as I understand it, you need to make some kind of universal image, suitable for both cases. But how, nothing comes to mind ...
PS 10 needs to be "poured"

The scheme, with the replacement of the good old Ghost is simple:
- A flash drive with AdminPE or downloading it over the network.
- A licked system image with prepared software and installed hardware (if it is more or less of the same type) - prepare in Image For Windows (from the same AdminPE).
- Refresh image from time to time.
- Simple, clear, clear, short, but at the same time complete and understandable instructions - how to set up corporate computers. From and to. From BIOS, to entering the domain. Further enikeyshchik you replace.
Z.Y.
The UEFI / Legacy problem is also solved. The main image with UEFI, and a separate tiny image of Legacy with a cleared partition C:
New hardware - just deploy the image.
Old hardware - Legacy image + overwrite only drive C:

I just put Windu + Firewood + Soft + Updates on a fresh laptop in about an hour: a flash drive with Windows + a flash drive with software + Internet. I ceased to be interested in the issue of universal images, since it lost its meaning for me, but there was once UIU - the Universal Image Utility, something like that, which coolly prepared images for deployment.
Is it worth it to fool around and make one image, if you have and normally deploy 2 options - you know better.

Here you need a toolkit for building OEM systems to download and assemble an installation image with all the software and update integration configured by a corporate activation server. Acronis is a thing of the past. I'm not sure about automatic entry into the domain, but you can definitely install all the software - which is distributed in the form of MSI packages, of course. In some case, you can even directly integrate program files into the system - if you do not need to install any services, secondly, you can manually write cmd that will configure everything during installation.

Portable PXE is supposed to solve the problem.
