How to create a universal project in VS2015 Community (not RC)?

How to create a universal project in VS2015 Community (not RC)? There was an application, it worked, it was updated to the release version of Visual Studio Community 2015 and the studio stopped opening my projects. Xamarin tried, without it - tried. I cannot create a new project of the required type - there is no such project template, only Windows 8, 8.1 and classic desktop remain. Google didn't answer. If you gave - share the request.
