How to compile in Visual Studio 2019 in pure C?

I don’t understand how to install any add-ons, or how to compile, or how to write there.
Swears on absolutely all processors. How and what to do with it, what to install additionally or how to work at all

Use simpler ide like codeblocks, visual is too big for pure blue

You need to install the .c file extension, or /TC in the project settings
