How to create a tunnel between Microsoft Azure and Mikrotik using OpenVPN or similar?
You need to create a vpn tunnel between Azhur and Mikrotik RB2011UiAS-2HnD.
The bottom line is that the virtual network in Azhur 192.168.5.0 is available to the ground network 192.168.10.0
It is impossible to set up a direct IPSec tunnel, since Mikrotik does not support the encryption required for Azhur.
The tunnel is now configured with OpenSwan on Ubuntu, which is hosted in the Azhur cloud.
As a result, Ubuntu acts as a link between Azhur and Mikrotik.
Now we want to get rid of Ubuntu, raise an OpenVPN server on Mikrotik, the servers will be clients and will connect to Mikrotik.
Does anyone have any other ideas how to implement a similar tunnel differently, or is OpenVPN a good solution?

I would do based on the protocols that are supported by the OS out of the box. For example - L2TP.
Not so long ago I wrote an article on OVPN based on Tik: https://habrahabr.ru/post/269679/
I did it on pure IPsec quickly, just reliably. Recommend...
